Hi to anyone thats reading this. Im Jack (it sounds a bit like an AA meeting - Hi im Jack ive been a fatty for 18 years now lol) But thats the truth of it, i want to lose weight, for my health, for myself and more importantly for my 3 daughters. so here i am 1 day before my first WI, scared of what tomorrow will bring, but just so glad to be on LT, especially after seeing all the tremendous efforts by the rest of you.
