Hi to anyone thats reading this. Im Jack (it sounds a bit like an AA meeting - Hi im Jack ive been a fatty for 18 years now lol)
But thats the truth of it, i want to lose weight, for my health, for myself and more importantly for my 3 daughters.
so here i am 1 day before my first WI, scared of what tomorrow will bring, but just so glad to be on LT, especially after seeing all the tremendous efforts by the rest of you. How fantastic to have transformed your lives around, truly amazing!!
So weight wise i start at 15st 4lb but i need to get down to 11st and with the help and support of you guys and my family i know i can do it!
I will not quit this as i have made a promise to my mum whose dying of terminal cancer that she will see her son fit and healthy
People have said i shouldnt do this while im so stressed out and depressed about my mums cancer, but she is my focus to ensure i'll do it. I promise you mum, if i stumble or fall on this i'll always get up and carry on.
