Week 2

Okay so I have had my first weigh in at the end of week two and have lost 10lbs
I think I was a bit ambitious about losing 14 as I was already on a low carb diet before moving to Cambridge so didn't have much water to lose and I am over the moon about the loss.
I have now moved on to solesource +. I was a bit daunted about this as I felt like real food might tempt me in to cheating but I have been able to stick to it so far this week and I really look forward to the evening meal.
The initial loss has really encouraged me to keep going. Including the 8lbs I had lost prior to cambridge I have now lost 18 in total and can feel and see that I have definitely gone down a dress size.
I am hoping to be able to get to my goal of 10 stone by the end of october. My birthday week is next week so I am planning to have two days on the 1000cal stage, this way I can have a few drinkies and celebrate with my friends but hopefully still manage to lose a couple of pounds (that might be wishful thinking). Anyway I am looking forward to seeing my friends as they haven't seen me all summer and might notice the weight loss.
The most exciting thing about Cambridge is that I feel that my goal is in sight and very much acheivable
