another weigh-in and only 0.5 l really cant believe it l feel so bloody frustrated what more do l do to have a good weight loss. l just feel pants

Yes l did it !!!, l sound like my 3yr old now. l managed to lose 5lbs l feel fab and it has really motivated me to do well on next weigh in , l feel like superwoman at the moment l hope l have special powers to stay away from the yummy high calorie stuff !!!!!

well what can l say of course lm disapointed at a 1.5 loss but lm loosing . l think l just have to accept l going to have small losses no matter what l do

well the dreaded weekend is here again and my 3yr old has a playdate tomorrow so lots of treats hanging around . have to good and stay focused l really need to lose this weight !!

after last weigh-in l have tried to do my wii for 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins free step when ds goes to bed ,its working out ok so far , l haven even invested in the wii riiser to improve my free step cant wait to try it bye for now
