well first weigh in and i've lost 9lbs!!!
very happy, was hoping for a bit more (v inpatient!!lol) but i am happy only 1 stone 5lbs to go before i can go for ivf!

i am so determined yet so hungry!!!
work not too good just feel tired all the time and my head is banging-prob diet coke withdrawals.
on day 5 now and managed not to have a sneaky WI, if i haven't lost much i might be tempted to break it.
feeling a lot better today, can't wait till Monday, just wish i'd found this diet a long time ago!!!
