Have commented on a handful of posts, but this is my first blog entry, so yay - go me 
I am 18st 7lb on my CDC's scales (mine are way out, so I am checking just with hers for a while). I am on Day 5 - mostly dont feel hungry, or have headaches and am drinking LOTS of water because I feel thirsty (or is it that I dont like the taste in my mouth at the mo?)
No constipation as yet but I am crabby, mostly because although I have a supportive family - they need to eat!!!
Have willpower NOW, hopefully to remain. Going to try porridge on Monday - some have different reactions to it, but hey, worth a shot :-)
