Ok been a while since I last posted a blog entry - largely because it has been a while since I was last on CD!

I came off September 2008 for a minor surgical procedure. My world then fell apart for a while with my mother being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease and my close friend having a stillbirth, as well as a few other things. This threw me into a really bad depression, and as a result I managed to regain everything I lost and then some. I made a crap attempt to restart CD...

Well I am hoping that this evening I am going to break the 5 stone barrier - have now been on this diet for 3 months and 1 day! lol

Anyway, decided to do my measurements today for the first time in 3 months...the results are as follows...

2 inches off my left bicep (only measured one of each limb)
1 inch off my wrist
8 inches off my chest
12 inches off my waist
7 inches off my hips
7 inches off my thigh
4 inches off my calf!
...

Well...went on holiday for 2 weeks, didnt follow CD as closely as I had planned, but still lost 3lb while I was away!!! Smashing the 20st barrier!!!! Weigh in after holiday saw me at 19st 12lb

Weigh in again today, and have lost another 7lb!!!!! Taking my total weight loss now to 57lb - 4stone 1lb!!!!! Incredible! 111lb left to target...Hoping to get another 13lb off before 12/09/08 - which will leave me with 98lb to lose - DOUBLE FIGURES!!!

Ok I think it is day 45, maybe 46? Its all blurred in to one!

Had a sort of day off on sunday, as in I ate a little bit. But I was really really good and only picked at a few bits. I did have birthday cake though (my daughters 1st birthday party). However, incredibly, I havent knocked myself out of ketosis!!!! wooo

My sister has started Cambridge now as well - she has lost 13lb in 2 weeks, and is now on day 16. She is getting on really well. She doesnt have quite so much...

Well I am still Sole Sourcing 100% woooohooooo! Was poorly yesterday with the squits, however my daughter had it too so think we both had a bug

Today I feel ok, but little munchkin has a cough. Concerned that she might have croup as one of the other kids at the childminders had it last week - fun

I have however worked out that
1)If I lose 5lb this week I will have lost over 10% of my bodyweight in just over 3 weeks
2)If I can maintain a 5lb lose average...
