 | Posted 3rd May, 2009 at 09:59 AM by SupaStar Completed my first day back on the diet, have to admit it was hard, resorting to eating ice cubes to feed the hunger pains. Happily, I completed a 2 mile power walk in the morning. Planning on doing another 3 miles on Monday, Thankfully, it is a Bank holiday . In 9 weeks is the Half a Marathon... Not running, it is Walk the Walk.. but still have you ever walked 13 miles? It is harder than it sounds.
Keeping my goal in mind - want to be 70kg - about 11 stone. My counsellor weighted...
