Start weight 19th June - 220lbs (15st 10lbs)
Current weight - 212lbs (15st 2lbs)
Should have started this on day 1. Didn't see it till now. Had my first official weigh in today and I'm 8lbs down. I'm so chuffed.
I'm having some problems with the soups. I don't like vegetable anymore. Chicken and Mushroom is okay but I'll probably go off it aswell. CDC gave me Brocolli and Cheese to try, it doesn't sound nice. Hope I'm wrong.
As for shakes I love chocolate mint. They keep me going.
I have strawberry as well but I'm going to change them for week 3. I'll be having a bar a day then. Will be great to actually eat something solid.
I'm suprised how normal the diet feels now. I thought I'd be starving all the time but I'm not really hungry. I feel full halfway through a soup lol.
Not related to weight but I'm learning to drive. I was worried about how I'd feel during my lesson but it was my best yet. I'm also sleeping better. It feels great to not have to worry about food, feeling guilty about what I eat.
