Well today I am restarting officially! Last night I made a nice Cambridge jelly with some water flavouring so I know I can have a littloe nibble of that when I get desperate.

I'm slightly aprehensive about starting as I did begin to feel quite nauseous towards day 4. This week however my daughter is back at nursery so I'm able to do some mummy things to keep my mind off the tummy rumbles and sickness.

Well tomorrow will be a re-start for me. Had a stuck at it, I'd be going to my first weight in tomorrow but oh well upwards and onwards!

Feeling slightly hungover still, so I'll try and remember how awful hangovers are when I'm struggling on CD! Junk food and alcohol is so not worth it! I've probably put on what I'd lost in those 4 days and more. Not looking forward to getting on the scales!

Well today was rubbish. Manage dto get to about 12PM and decided I couldn't take it any longer and binged like mad. Ate a huge wedge of chocolate swiss roll, lots of doorstep bread with butter, apple juice and then some pasta. All totaly crap foods that will fill my liver up again, feeling really shitty now.

So tonight I'm going to make a red Thai curry and have a glass of wine and start again tomorrow. Hopefully this time I won't be too tempted by boredom

Well today I've not felt sick to my stomach which must mean my body is adjusting to not eating solid food! Still getting hunger pangs though and still have that lingering headache but nowt a nice glass of water and some paracetamol won't cure!

Went to Boots to get my daughter's lunch and I swear I could have eaten every bloody thing in that chiller cabinet, managed to resist though and brough a nice chilled bottle of water *feels proud*

Never done a blog in my life mainly because I've had nothing significant to blog before but shifting half my bodyweight is quite significant!

So now on day 3, it's not gone too bad so far, apart from the hunger pangs in my tummy and the sicky feeling I keep getting when I catch a whiff of something treatful! Doing tea tonight was a challenge!
