Hi everyone, i know i have not been around this week, but i have my daughter visiting so we have gone out to the natural history museum, for walks and shopping. Today we are off to southampton to see my family and i am going to meet up with a friend from school that i knew when i was 9!! This will be interesting as my family have not seen my daughter in years, so it thankfully is going to take the focus off them seeing the new slimmer me.

Week 28 has been a mixed week, a really busy and emotional one, i reached the major goal of 100lb off but Jonah is now out of work again which means i am going to be dealing with him getting depressed at some stage, thaose times are extremely harsh, plus the lack of finance coming in for rent will mean i need to get well again so i can do some overtime and ensure i have enough to cover it.

I went for my Barium meal which was a 'follow through' to see if there was anything obstructing...

I do not normally jump on the scales mid week but i was feeling a lot better, managed a period of time on my side this morning that was acceptable plus not needed the pain killers, so decided to see if the weight was shifting or not only to find out i had reached that magic weight loss number of 100lb!!! feeling really chuffed and pleased with myself despite some personal things i have going on that mean life will be somewhat difficult for a while (as in months) Decided to celebrate by going out...

This has been a difficult week, dealing with the pain and aftermath of my gallbladdr op, i have not been able to walk far or even get out properly since its been done. Almost 2 weekso n from the op and i still cannot lay on my side even though it only took a week after my bypass to be able to do so, i just have to be patient and understand mty body went through a great deal of pulling around this time.
