week 25

Hi Folks, just popped by in my manic life to update you all on how i am doing. Week 25 and i have lost another 3lb, weight has definately started shifting again, and would you credit it the TOTM actually arrived yesterday, 2 days after i managed to get more accupunture. I had all the symptoms for it 2 weeks ago but it never materialised, now it does, still its extremely controlable and easy to deal with so i am hoping that the massve increase of hormones i had in me has finally dispersed a great deal.
I am still not exercising regularly but i do push myself during the day by walking everywhere, making sure i get on a train/tube a fair distance from my work place so i have to walk there this means i manage around 2 miles walking to and from work each day, plus i now take the stairs at work more times then not, as the control room is on the 2nd floor this means at least 2 flights every time.
After sunday i will be off work for a full month, 2 weeks of it is sick leave from the gall bladder removal followed by more time for booked holiday when i will visit my family with my daughter for the first time in years. Also this will be the first time my daughter has seen me since before ixstarted losing weight, or even this small so its going to be quite a shock to her.
Jonah has returned to Scotland for a week, as he comences his ~Prince 2 course on monday, i have been trying ot manage my life and keep; him calm as things at work have become extremely stressful, i am at the stage of thinking he would be better off looking for another employer, and have insisted that no matter what he needs the Prince two from this company and then should start looking elsewhere.
Tuesday is coming around fast, my brother and his partner arrive in 2 days time so i get a few hours to myself before they arrive and the hectic life begins. I am not staying in hospital after my op, its day surgery and i should be home the same day all going well.
