Week four over....wow

Well ive just completed Week 4 of SS, i say SS but in all honestly ive had 6 days off during the 4weeks,
one day i went on a night out and wanted to drink, so i had to kick my self out of ketosis so i didnt get ill!
i ate some chips, and a few prawns, had over 6 pints when i went out and i was fine! lost 3lbs that week.
Also has from xmas eve until the 29th when i restarted again, i lost 4lbs that week, so i count myself very very lucky!
I was really poorly xmas day though,...

Day 6..i feel miserable :(

well im on day 6 of SS..i felt fine upto now, but ive been really snappy and irratible, i also feel sad, like just really sad, but i dont know why!
I think im missing the comfort of food, but i know there is no way im going to break this diet no way so ill keep going.
im not really hungry, but my stomach is telling me it is!
I even went to a party yesterday and took 2 litres of water with me, the buffet looked nice but i didnt touch anything, i feel proud that i did that as i love...

Hi,
i thought id just tell you all a bit about me
Im Nikki, im 29 years old (Ahhhhh) cant believe i will be 30 next year, i still feel 16 inside lol.
Anyway , i have 4 daughters, i had my first daughter Chloe when i was just 16, she was diagnosed with Cystic fibrosis at the age of 4 months, she has a lot to deal with and has not been well but we get on with it, she was also diagnosed with diabetes in june this year so now also has insulin injections along with her IV antibiotics...
