well its one month gone and 22.5lbs of fat gone, so only another 39.5 to go nearly half the way there in one month still can not believe it, did hav a bad un yesterday lilys 10th birthday party ate a couple of bits of pizza, crisps, choc cake you name it and i ate it but only put 1lb on this morning so strickly ss for me till xmas funny thing was i didnt enjoy the food tasted bland enjoy my porridge much more so gonna keep that in my head should i wonder off path again, still in ketosis so no damage...

just had my 3rd wi and lost another 2 and half pounds slightly dissapointed as would have liked to have got under 13 stone but 13 stone 1 is not bad so another good week and i should be there got some more porridge and bars so dont have to have just the shakes, i can not believe that i am sticking to this and doing so well not long will be at target then watch what i eat im such a good girly xxxx

well im back in the size 14s again, bought myself a sexy skinny leg, flare, jeans from next and new top both 14 so down a size, avoided eating the choc cake i made for everyone else for dads birthday and the roast dinner everyone polished off today so feel like the halo is glowing, but only had two shakes today not feeling like having the third, might do before bed also only had 3 pints of water so must get another 2 down before bed, been a good weekend and felt good in the jeans can not wait till...
