Today is my restart day 1 (again)....
And i feel different this time, something has clicked and i will defo be doing SS 100%
today i have had my 3 shakes and loads of water, and been fine.....
Feel sooo happy with myself for sticking to it, I will take it aday at a time.... and i will get there
Going to bed now, happy in the knowlege i have done it, day one that is

in 8 weeks i lost 2 stone i was sooo focused, nothing was going to stop me reaching my goal...
then xmas happened
and for the month of Dec i never stuck to CD, weighed in on 5th Jan, i had put on 4lb, not bad but the damage i have done to myself and my willpower is much worse
i just cant get back to where iwas so bloody annoyed with myself..
Tonight i sit here writing this feeling sick, I have had a chinese takeaway and choclate and feel totally sick !!
