Hi my name is Catherine i'm 24 years old and mummy to three beautiful kiddies aged 4, 17mnths and 7mnths. I'm very happily married living in Burnley working part time as a cleaner. (start nursing diploma is sept, can't wait for that). Gained a lot of weight after having the kids, shifted some of it, but not enough. I've always been the "fat one" and i've had enough of it ...So after reading all about the Cambridge diet, I thought hey ho i'll give it a go. So my starting weight is 15st...
