Okay well i've been watching my weight for about 45 days, the first month i was doing so much exercise and was losing a good amount. The past 2 weeks ive felt blah and havent really been into it. So now i have to get back on the saddle and push myself more and more!
I've started eating more as i wasnt eating enough last time.
My huge weakness is TOAST!
I Love toast! I have it in the morning and sometimes instead of 2 pieces i have 3 or 4..
