I survived. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get out for any exercise, and the only chance I did get, the heavens opened and I would have got drenched!!!
I also was still really hungry after having my dinner, so I had three (small) crumpets and they plugged a gap.
I'm therefore wondering whether 1100 cals is sustainable, or whether I should go for around 1200-1300? Maybe when my stomach gets used to eating less, 1100 will be easier?
