I've just bought The Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels : Making The Cut books from ebay.. does anyone know of any good diet books, packed with hints and tips etc but more focus on the positive mind, sort of self help type of thing?
I'm just trying a few different approaches at the moment![]()
