    Diet: Exante TS was using Xenical and eating low fat and low cal. Exante baby!!!
    Height: 5ft5in
    Start Date: Started Xenical 13/09/2010. Started Exante 23/07/2011
    Start Weight: 25st0lb
    Current Weight: 18st6lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb
    Goal Date: When I get there : hopefully to be at goal May 2012


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 58.2
    Current BMI: 42.9
    Goal BMI: 23.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 6st8lb
    Weight to Lose: 8st6lb
    % Lost 26.29%

    weight loss self help!

    I've just bought The Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels : Making The Cut books from ebay.. does anyone know of any good diet books, packed with hints and tips etc but more focus on the positive mind, sort of self help type of thing?

    I'm just trying a few different approaches at the moment









    to have a new outfit for christmas day,to have a nice picture with the kids

    Hi i got realy inspired by the confessions of a reformed dieter by aj rochester she had me in stitches all the way thru do try it

    Dr Stephen Gullo's books Thin Tastes Better and The Thin Commandments are like my weightloss bibles (hope that's not offensive)... he's a psychologist and his books are jammed full of motivational stuff, and they're about the theory of staying on a diet, beating binges before they start and so on, and you can use them with everything, whether you're on Atkins or Slimming World or CC'ing.

    He's a genius IMO.

    Rule No 1: if I don't buy it, I can't eat it.


    Rule No 2: making the right choices isn't necessarily about
    doing what's "normal" - it's about doing what works
