    Inspiring books anyone?

    Hey all,

Wondering If anyone knows any inspiring books they recommend? Maybe about journeys through weight loss or career?

I've just read one day and usually love all the love stories but thinking a good one about someone facing similar challenges as me would be motivating ,

    Any ideas greatly appreciated

    Xxxx

There's one called " the amazing adventures of diet girl" I've heard it's really good so I've just ordered it.
I've also read a book called "sweet temptation" that was good too. I like to consume myself with diet programmes and books as it helps me to keep going!

I've found 'The Secret' to be very inspiring. Oprah did a show on it years back. It uses the power of positive thinking and is all common sense really bit inspiring none the less.
