I everyone, I've been on exante for most of January and lost a stone :-))) although that was working I needed a more sustainable and sociable diet for the final stone. So today I've begun to use slimming world as my 'go to' plan (minus any aspartame and heavily processed foods)
I also think I should probably start doing some kind of exercise now! Strapless dress and bingo wings are not a good look!
First dress fitting is on Thursday 6th, the day after I'm out for a Mexican meal for my mum's birthday; so if it fits then, then I've nothing to panic about!! Haha only the bikini for the honeymoon then...
Anyway...enough of my ramblings, I thought I would say hi!
