Diet: Cambridge Diet
What you all following, need to get on track Monday as I get married in May.
New Start: 06/02/2012
Target Weight: 9.5 - 10 Stone
Week 1: -9
Hi Louise, how are you doing? Did you choose a plan to follow? I get married in August and have decided to give the 5:2 diet using SML (vlcd) products on the two fasting days and I'll use My Fitness Pal to help me track the other days, keeping it healthy still.
