    need to lose 3 stones by Dec can i do it??

    hi need to lose 3 stones by dec will i be able to do it?? so stressed need to start the SS today...havn't even bothered looking at wedding clothes yet

    Hiya hun and welcome, i think if you're really determined you could manage 3 stone by Christmas but it also depends on your bosy and how it loses weight but you'll deffo be able to give it a good shot Is Decemeber your wedding then?


    Lost 11lbs on WW then:

    Started CD on plan 1200 4/8/07
    1200 plan August to March -31lbs -8.5 inches from waist
    Restart 26/03/2008
    4/4/08 VERY ANGRY 1 measly pound GRRR
    11/4/08 -3lbs -1 waist

    100 day challenge.....day 13..and cheated
    84 days to go....

    Goal 2 Lose another 4 stone by 4th July 2008 44 to go
    I WILL be svelte for my wedding and i've got:
