Week 1 - 4: -7.5lbs, -7lbs, -2lbs TOTM, -5lbs = -21.5lbs
Week 5 - 8: -4lbs, -3lbs, -2lbs TOTM, -5lbs = -14lbs
Week 9 - 12: STS (Week off), -4lbs, +10000lbs (STS then had massive blip!), -1lb = -5lbs :-(
Total = 40.5lbs
Week 13 - 16: + 1lb (WTF?), STS (WTF?), -3lbs Goal -10lbs (Goal weight 183lbs)
Week 17 - 20: Goal -8lbs (Goal weight 175lbs)
