    Wedding july 2012

    Hi all,

    As u no this is all soooo stressful with the amount we have to loose to look beautiful for one day but it's worth it. Iv got 5 stone to loose and feeling a bit nervous... I started the cd diet as this I feel is the only way for me to achieve the results. Day 3 so far and feeling good.

    How much as everyone else got to loose? I'm so determind to do this as I normally fail and everyone thinks the same too as iv done diets soo many times :-( I lost 5 stone 4 years ago but couldnt get bk into the swing of things!

    Anyway enough of me rambling lol happy weight loss all :-) xxx

    Hey, im getting married in july too! Ive got 9 stone to loose in all, which i wont do for the wedding, but just trying to get as much off as possible. Started a 24, hoping i can get into at least an 18....a 16 would be lush!
    Mini Goal 1 = Lose the first stone
    Mini Goal 2 = Lose 2 stone
    Mini Goal 3 - Get into size 20 trousers
    Mini Goal 4 - Get BMI below 40
    Mini Goal 5 = Lose 3 stone
    Weight loss to date = -42lbs
    7 weeks until my wedding
    30lbs until I can ride my horse
