    Bride to be sept 2013

It's my first day today on Exante. Tbh I find that the shakes taste awful so I am having to drink water straight after two or three meals. Do you get used to the taste...

    Hi Shanners,
I'm not sure want exante is. I'm doing cambridge which sounds similar (vlcd and shakes etc). Im not having a problem with the taste of the shakes however I have read on here, that they can sometimes taste chemically because of all the vitamins. People have said your taste buds get used to it after a while...

I'm getting married next year too, my two younger sisters are bridesmaids and whilst I only have a couple of stone to loose, I'm keen to not look like the fatter older sister next to them! Lol

You posted a week ago, how you getting on?
Keep going, don't give up xxx
