stubborn layer of fat
I know that it's impossible to spot reduce and that fat 'melts' away from everywhere when one loses weight, but how can I lose that stubborn fat without losing weight? I am not focused on the scale, but on how my legs look and on how I could make them thinner and more proportioned with the rest of the body which is lean. Apart from the suggestion to work to develop my upper body for a more balanced look, what can I learn from you? Could I ever get rid of that fat? Thanks for your time
