Cambridge Diet- Wedding Next Year.. 4 Stone to Lose

Hey Im 23 & starting the Cambridge Diet on the 25th this month. I need to lose about 4 stone to be a healthy BMI. I've never done this diet before but have decided to give it a try after hearing about so many success stories. I want to be slim & healthy for my Wedding next year in December so have a while to get the weight off but refuse to go and try on Wedding Dresses at my size. I want to glide down the aisle and not bounce! Haha!
Anyone else on this diet with any help or Advice?

I'm worried about some of the side effects such as hair thinning and constipation (heard some horror stories) x x
