H.A.L.T!!!

Not dieting ATM!
Saw this and thought I'd share it as you never now what with help.

When reaching for unplanned food. Think H.A.L.T are you Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired? If hungry then try to eat something that will satisfy your hunger healthily. If any of the others then take appropriate action but remember

"if hunger is not the problem, then food is not the solution".

Raise your awareness of when and what you eat keep these phrases where you will see them, diary, fridge or write them on a rubber band and wear them on your wrist.

Yeh I was trying to get through and down onto the pavement, but hubby got the camera out and I was begging him not to take the pics, but he was snapping away and I just couldnt move for laughing.....lol.
 
what a great Motto H.A.L.T. is .i'll try & memorise it & use it.

I am on Sole Source Cambridge Diet at the mo. So out of temptation but it is a brilliant mantra and worthy of remembering - duly noted ta.

I love it. I shall put it on my fridge and by my desk. Should probably tattoo it somewhere but that might be a bit extreme!
