I find it very inspiring to imagine and plan what I will do once I have lost the weight. It helps keep my mind in the inspired, happening zone. For me, I have this whole plan worked out of certain things - including losing the 20kg - that I WILL have done by my 26th birthday (November 5th 2011).
There are other things on the list too...like save £10,000, and read all the books I own (sick of having books unread on my shelf). So for me that is a really significant date that I've decided to have a lot of things 'out of the way' by so I can get on with my life how I want to, and deserve to live it!
This thread is for YOU, yes YOU to join in and say what having lost the weight will mean to you, AND what you just CAN'T WAIT to do once you've lost it!
Here is what I can't wait to do:
1. I'm finally going to get the wardrobe I want and deserve, including all those sexy body hugging outfits that I can't really wear at the moment. This wardrobe will include a sexy red dress, that I will wear when my fiance takes me out on my birthday evening.
2. Once I've lost the weight, we're (fiance & I) going to Disneyworld. I've wanted to do this for YEARS. Well, now I'm going to make it happen as a REWARD for myself. It's going to be the best holiday we've ever had, and a real treat to cement I DID IT! in my mind. As a bonus, I'll look so great in all the holiday photos!
I'm making giant DISNEYWORLD tickets and drawing pictures of my new clothes and adding them to my VISION BOARD for inspiration and continued motivation.
