Im not going into much detail but i was wondering how many people are dieting with mental health issues?
I have a few problems (Still working on a diagnosis) that include anxiety and depression, due to this i over eat A LOT.
I had to leave my job just over a month ago so im not active anymore, due to my problems i cant go outside on my own and i laze a lot!
Has anyone got any tips on keeping myself motivated? (I have been quite ill recently)
