Where will you be in your weight loss journey this time next year? What goals and new years resolutions (weight loss and otherwise) would you like to have completed? To get the ball rolling here are some of mine..

- I will be at target weight and would have maintained it for roughly 4 months

- I will be slimmer, healthier and more confident

- I will have completed my Uni course and have saved up over half of the mortgage deposit

Over to you... :)

- I will be 5 stone lighter

i want to look back at this next year and see i am half way there to losing my weight x x

I will have finally stopped being hung up on diets, I will have lost 5 stone and nearly be at the end of my journey!! :)

I will try to stop messing about and flirting between SW AND WW, need to stick at just one and give it 100% and finally reach goal

At this time next year, I'd like to:

- have at least 70% of my excess weight gone (and gone for good!)
- feel better/be more active
- be committed to a daily meditation schedule
- be flexible like I used to be when I was younger (you know, the whole "putting your legs behind your head" thing... :D )... so I guess be more into yoga and have a definite practice going

This time next year (Jan 2015):

- I weigh 52 kg (my ideal body weight) and look (and feel) exactly as sexy and fit as I imagine myself to be.
- I rock a bikini body, or as Paul McKenna would say it "I look great naked!"
- I am fit and my endurance is even better than the endurance I had when I was doing insanity
- I enjoy regular physical exercise (for fun! Not for weight loss ! Cause I won't need that anymore :p)
- I am religiously following Paul McKenna's four golden rules (they've become a habit!)
- I am exactly where I want to be in my career! :)

Love this thread. All is well! Namaste xx :)

Hi Lionesque,

Best of luck on the Paul McKenna diet :) I've heard good things about it.

It will be weird to see us all posting here Jan 2015 having achieved all we had hoped for :)

x

Thank you so much Jen! Best of luck to you too! I wish you all the success and weight loss you desire :)

Namaste!

This time next year I'd like to be 10lbs away from my target weight. Losing 1lb a week seems like an achievable target.

I'd also like to continue the way I feel just now, and not feel hung up on what I do/don't eat as long as I'm eating when Im hungry, stopping when I'm full and enjoying the food I do eat :)

I'd also like to think I'd have finally managed to keep up with the running and could be a bit healthier as a result!

I will be lean and strong. I will be involved in training for a sport I find to enjoy. I will no longer be emotionally binge eating for a temporary fix-up/escape.

This time next year i will be...

At my target weight, possibly more. Maintaining
Saving up for a holiday in America
Attending the gym
Have a whole new wardrobe and look
Be happy

What a great thread for helping visualise changes :)
This time next year I will be:

- living on the Devon coastline rather than London
- maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle, having become accustomed to less junk food and more exercise!
- feeling proud of how I look in more professional clothes rather than feeling constantly sloppily dressed and self-concious
- have nearly completed my first year of Foundation Training (hopefully without making any major mistakes) & working towards applying for an ACCS training post back in London
- strengthening my portfolio to eventually apply for a HEMS job
- be settled in a house/flat on a (relatively) long-term basis
- being in a relationship would be nice

What a great thread. In a year, I will...

- be 3 stone lighter and maintaining
- have found a woe that suits me and enables me to maintain
- be exercising regularly
- have had my 40 year health check and passed with flying colours
- be still enjoying my job but be a tad more organised
- have the house "situation" under control
- be making my outgoings match my income!!!
- possibly be dating! Or at least, if I'm not, it won't be because I'm letting my weight stop me!
