Anyone get through her book...my copy is sitting on my shelf...
I would like to maybe start a discussion about it...perhaps that will help with having group support and understanding of underlying food problems...
Anyone out there up for the challenge? It doesn't have to be often, even like once a week postings about our thoughts, questions, or even personal input (not required and only if volunteered).
I would like this to be a place to grow...and change.

Mini goal: July --> lose 30 lbs... collect rewards along the way...
Goal 1: get through week one, two, three, four
Goal 2: get more active: do something new each day!
Goal 3: drink 2 liters of h2o everyday
Goal 4: lose 10%
Goal 5: stick with exercise program for a 1,2,3,4 weeks
Goal 6: lose 20%
