Week 14 completed of determined effort and staying 99% on my own calorie counted plan and resulted in 1.75lbs off, dropping me into the next stone down bracket on the scales.
Still having trouble believing this is the real me going around the supermarket and cruising down the crisps/chocolate aisles and not stopping to buy lol.
I seem to have picked up some good habits along the way as it now feels more natural to stop and buy fruit on the way to work rather than a Greggs sandwich and to automatically add mushrooms and tomatoes to breakfast instead of an extra piece of toast.
A long "weigh" to go until I have tamed all my inner demons that have kept me fat, and retrained all my emotional reponses to understand that food isn't what they need.
Slipped into two skirts that have been lingering a while in the wardrobe ready for this moment. That solves the problem of new work skirts and leaves me some pennies to treat myself with next week when I hit the 3 stone off mark.......just 0.25lbs to go!

Yeah, deffo. We go shopping and mum's like do you want any crisps? when I talk straight past the crisps isle. And I actually say no! Never thought that was possible. For me, crisps is like chocolate is for most people lol.

Not sure what's going on the past couple of days have found myself very tempted to eat stuff I haven't wanted for months. Have managed to resist so far but find myself questioning what I'm doing and should I be changing anything.
Also find myself obsessing over the scales since the weekend. There is no reason for this as they are still moving downwards and in 15 weeks I've only had a couple of STS moments and all other weeks have shown a reduction of some kind.
Hoping the body isn't going into "well I'm three stone less than I was a few months ago I'm not moving any more" mode.
Will try and find some new healthy foods to feed the body with to keep it interested lol.

I know what you mean. I have just had a couple of days of terrible cravings. Don't do what I did and give in!!!
I know it's hard, but stop obssesing over the scales. I am really lucky, cos it's not that often I decide to step on them early, but I can guarantee that when I do have a sneak peek, I am always devastated. Ignore what they say until your official WI.

I think I've worked my way through it. Seems my body was craving meat when I've been feeding it fish for dinner this week. Pork steak and veggies seem to have made the problem disappear.
I can do this. I am in control, not the food.

8.35 p.m. and safely negotiated the day following "pay negotiations" or maybe I should rephrase that to "pittance negotiations" with my boss. Teetered on the edge of giving in to the lure of unhealthy foods but refused to submit.
