I will be thin!!!
So yesterday I started my diet and after a lot of debating I just decided to stick to calorie counting its easy enough and with my busy schedule it was the right choice!
When I lost a lot of weight the first time I dieted and I used to use a little book and write down what I would eat during the day but I have decided to start and do the same on here so I can keep track of my weight loss and what I have been eating.
So yesterday I did ok not my best but first day on the diet so I was thinking I needed food. Today I feel positive I have had my breakfast which I don’t normally have and just started to get hungry now so instead of having some snack, I decided to have a pint of water and wait 50 mins till lunch time.
I was going to get up this morning and go for a jog but then heard the wind and half an hour extra in bed seemed better than 30 mins jogging in cold wind! Will do an hour on my Wii fit tonight.
I’ve got some tilda rice with me for my dinner, I love it its only 146 calories per half packet and its yummy Mexican chilli and bean flavour! Not sure what having for tea as I have lates teas cause wait for my mum to get home from work at 7 and decide then!
Going to weigh myself Friday then can see how much ive actually lost in 5 days
hopefully it will be something!!

Hi everyone!!
Yesterday was a bad day only had dinner cause had a lot of trouble with my brother!! Went home to find out he had been arrested! Mum was panicking like mad so we were too stressed out to even think about tea! And I don’t really eat breakfast anyway but today is a new day suppose at least I was under calories but just not enough to get my metabolism going!!
Today…. I’ve got it half planned out
B- Skinny Cow Hot Choc (not proper breakfast but love em and bloat me till mid morning)
L- More Tilda rice
D- Wait to speak to my mum as I gotta cook my step dads tea and then have mine and mums ready for when she gets home from work.
Snacks – going to have a packet of Velvet Crunch, but if I don’t feel hungry will miss it out and just stick to meals. Maybe have a little treat after tea
Never got chance to go on my Wii Fit either so hopefully might go for walk tonight!!
Have a good day everyone!!

Good morning!!!
So then yesterday was a good day for me, this guy I have had a thing for, for about 5 years asked me out!! Yeye! It’s a bit complicated though because during them 5 years I was with someone else for 4 years who just happens to be his cousin! Opps. But we did used to go out before I was with his cousin! It will never happen he will never be my boyfriend due to complication but it’s nice to do stuff with him as we have such a laugh together.
Anyway on the dieting front… I’m doing good, went for an hour walk last night up hills in my easy tone trainers. Was so close to weighing myself this morning but fort I would just be disappointed if I did so holding on till tomorrow!!
Yesterday I was so close to going out to the pasty van that drives down the industrial estate where I work so today I have brought my own little snacks so that wen I hear it beep I will have some of my own snacks instead of heading for a pasty, im a sucker for pies and pasties!!
Well best get some work done!!
