    Yeah and the planning bit is something I'll struggle with lol but the food choices are like you say, really healthy maybe I'll still calorie count, but take some of the recipes on board, Atleast with cal counting the problem of portion control is solved, today is a new day, I'm gonna give the diet a go, yesterday I ate my weight in home made brownie, I've never made brownie before! It turned out perfect lol x

    11/04/14 - Weighed myself and was in shock by the number... the number isn't a huge deal but I feel bigger, my coats tight, I'm slowly fitting into the oversized work trousers I have which isn't a good sign as I'm obviously too big for the other ones I have now, including the shirt which looks stretched around the bust area. I'm struggling with sleeping, or sleeping too much, out of breath at running up the stairs and my double chin is reappearing. My chest seems bigger which means my bras are hurting or breaking. I feel insecure about the way I look at work and don't like catching myself in the mirrors or window reflections.

    Well,

    I'm gonna read over my slimming world books tonight, and give it a think about having another to with it, I mean it works for so many people it should work for me? Lol plus I'm at my whits end with work at the mo, bored of this job and I need something t to occupy my mind before my interview with man met so planning meals may help, I will however record calories and do the slimming world extra easy, just so the portion control is still there cha think?

    I've stuck to the diet so far today, I'm going out for tea in a min, I'm gonna have something light, maybe a jacket and beans, I went to a baby naming day on Saturday and I've just seen a picture of myself, I look unrecognisable, absolutely massive, and I'm ok with knowing that I'm shocked and it's made me really unhappy seeing it but I think I needed to see it to believe I am actually this big, I can't even look at it, actually makes me feel ill!

    I've attached it, that's me and the other half, I don't want it sugar coating (mind the pun lol) that I'm not that big because I really am,
    There's two years between the ones where I had blonde hair and a pink top on to the one from Saturday and oh my god look at the state of me :'( I have completely got too comfortably and it really shows

    i know you dont want to hear this but you still look fab. I know how you feel tho, and its good that you seeing a picture of yourself and not liking it is getting you motivated because sometimes we really need that to help us.
    just start afresh as you already have and the lbs will be coming off before u can say "unhappy"
