    Oh I couldn't do it, but I'm going to try the Terri-Ann 123 plan, I can't find a single bad review about it, loads of people are losing 8-9lb in the first 10 days, bigger people and slim people. I'm desperate to try it but I don't have £11. That's all you pay for the full pack ever xx

    I never heard of it but its only been going three years or something, I've done loads of research on it but can't find any bad reviews so I'm going to give it a go pay day. I'm getting ready to start again tomorrow x

    I can't find what it entails lol, I've researched it for weeks, all I know is it works and you eat certain foods til your full. From what I can tell its lots of chicken, fish, eggs, veg for the first 10 days then its re introduces pasta etc x

    Omg ive lost 4lbs this wk Ive checked 5 times as I can't believe it! even got emily on the scales just to make sure their working!

    Im 12st.2 now, so Ive only got 2.5lbs to go for my xmas challenge and if I lose pound per wk for next 6 wks Id be 11st.10 at xmas x

    Thanks Hun, dont be hard on yourself you are moving so it is stessful time but im glad ur back on it now, really want us all to do this. I think it helped staying on track over wkend I had a takeaway on sat but everything else I stuck to dailys or around 1200 cals so only used about 20 wklys. I didnt eat much bread, ive ate loads of jacket potatos, chicken and few weight watchers meals and eaten more fruit and veg, mainly apples and portions of mixed veg. I done more exercise mainly walking wiv the kids, and ive not ate much chocolate just ate those nu cereal bars and jaffa cakes as snacks x

    You could just carry on ur exante diary as ur kind of doing it parttime or start one in calorie section as its still calorie based or wait till ur back doing ww's. Im glad Ive kept this diary going as otherwise id have diaries everywhere!

    Your plan looks fab!! im sure ur get those 3lbs off! you've lost so much this wk so its definietly works!

    Im going have 1200 cals today, 1800 tomorrow, 1300 sunday and then 1200 the rest of the wk! and aim for 2lbs off! im not going stck wiv eating the same kinds of foods again and keep up with the excercise x

    Oh and if I do lose 2lbs my ticker will be saying 50lbs lost!
