    Sounds like a plan my holiday is 27th September s I have just over 30 weeks so if I could do one lb a week I will have hit my goal well before I go which gives me a chance if star weeks get in the way or have a eek of for birthdays etc

    I'd prefer to go away in September too but its got fit in school time or so Emily only miss's the odd day off! 30 wks is plenty of time there be nothing of you by then lol, i'll have about 7mths. We need to start a challenge for summer!!

    I do feel less bloated and if I don't lose, its still going in the right direction x


    B- Cuppa and 2 nu cereal bar ( just used our last tea bag )

    L- Tesco's light lentil and veg soup, 1 slice 50/50 of toast.

    D- Chicken breast, jacket potato and salad.

    S- Rice crispy bar, alpen light, small banana.

    Total Cals- 1080. Exercise-300 cals.
    Restarted on the 3/3/14- Target- 20lbs by end of June.

    Every time I go to the fridge I'm seeing those yummy dairy milk and chunky bars!!! just ate my lunch as I was starving, couldn't wait any longer lol x

    Thank you hun, I thought I hadn't done to good as being ill and mil booked a pasta and meatball dish for tea at half 7 last night but we were at hers so when I got home this morning I weight and it was showing 7lb loss and that was after my breakfast and stuff so I'm hoping it was a little more and I have a good loss by next Friday xx
