Thanks Debs, going be working a lot harder from tomorrow I want at least 2lbs off next wk! going cut out bread and see if it makes any difference.

That's my goal as well , your food for today looks good baguette sounds delish
We get to our goal easily baguette is 265 cals - the rest of the family are eating chippy chips and loads of bread and butter x
I think I had about 1800 cals yesterday, we had Chinese instead of pasta, but I did say I wanted Saturdays to be a non diet day, plus I don't think it good eat the same amount of calories everyday.
B- Rice crispy bar and cuppa.
L- quavers, alpen light bar.
D- Spag bowl and 2 slices of garlic bread.
S- skips, 2 nu cereal bars, might have a hot chocolate later too, slice of garlic bread.
Total 1300 cals propoints 31.
This week I'm going keep track of pro points as I seem to lose more this way, so going try and keep points under 30.

Well finished yesterday off at 1300 cals, which is good for a sunday.
So planning on having 1100- 1200 cals all week.
B- Alpen light, half banana, cuppa tea
L- Jacket wiv low fat coleslaw.
D- Chicken, carrots, broccoli, peas and mash potato.
S- 2 cereal bars, quavers, 2 cookies.
Total cals 1150 30 pps.

That looks like a great day, I am struggling today feel really hungry eaten my lunch already and my snack not good 5 hr till dinner time
1300 is awesome for a Sunday. Today looks delish. I haven't have a jacket spud in ages, will need to whack one in the new oven once I am back up and running at home!

I've been really good today, still got my cereal bars left to eat, so I'll have them in a little while with a nice hot choc!
As for exercise I've burnt around 500 cals! just need to keep it up for rest of week xx
500 cals is brilliant cas great start to the week
If only I could do it everyday and drunk my 8 glasses of water!!
Well done on The water front I am rubbish at drinking water in the winter summertime I easily hit target so might make that next weeks challenge to keep it interesting
Morning, Debs I'm going carry on with the water I drink far too much diet coke normally I'm addicted and I'm not giving that up for lent!! my kids will have a grumpy mummy! before I had my baby I was addicted to full fat coke so glad I'm off that now.
Just worked out my burnt calories for today and its over 800! which includes over 2 hours of walking, half already done, giving the house a good going over and half hour on just dance 4!

D- breaded fish, jacket potato and mixed salad.
S- 2 nu choc cereal bars, skips half banana skips.
Total cals: 1165 pp's 29pps
