    Thanks only a little loss though, its so cold not in the mood to do any more exercise.

    B- cupa n 2 rich finger biscuits.

    L- Turkey bacon sandwich.

    D- Roast chicken, veg, potatoes and 2 small stuffing balls.

    S-quavers, nu cereal bar, kitkat.

    Total- 1200 cals.
    Restarted on the 3/3/14- Target- 20lbs by end of June.

    I love it, not keen on normal bacon as I don't like fat on meat, but its really low in cals but bit expensive as you only get 6 slices. I'm still waiting on my friend to get back to me about looking after Emily for the funereal, hoping she's going offer to have Hollie as well x

    I will look out for that I have tried the quorn one and don't like it that much but I love turkey stuff so might give that a go hope everything gets sorted for Wednesday x

    Today ended with 1106 cals only had 1 stuffing ball- brilliant for a Sunday- still got my kitkat to eat!

    I like the chocolate one's but we all like different things. I do find them filling much better than Morrison's trim bars x

    Toady its a snowy day in London, I'm so fed up with this weather, not going get much walking in now!


    B- Nu chocolate cereal bar and cuppa.

    L- Jacket potato and coleslaw.

    D- Chicken breast, new potatoes, peas, and broccoli.

    S- Small kitkat, 2 nu cereal bars, quavers, apple.

    Total cals: 1098 29 pps.

    I'm really thinking about joining the gym think it will make a huge difference but don't want to pay out to much on membership! so going think about it.

    Also as its Valentines this week me and my OH usually gets a takeaway in and have a drink but its the day before wi so not sure what to do.

    Good plan weigh on valentines day . We are going for an Indian as well we haven't been out on valentines day for about 5 years so really looking forward to it but going to be sensible and I don't weigh till Saturday so should have got rid of any salt bloat by then
