Its really hard to think of something that's doesn't look like diet food, what does your parents like? spag bowl with lean mince, chicken stir fry, steak with jacket potatoes, you can get lean steaks for yourself.
I think I'll stick to Fridays for wi? as we going be busy this Friday getting ready for Maisie's birthday, got family coming over for birthday tea on Saturday as well so want the house to look its best, going to do load of party food so it won't be healthy lol xx

So food as been today:
B- alpen light with highlight hot choc
L- nu cereal bar, cheese curls, penguin bar
D- Battered cod and mash.
S- 2 finger kitkat, 2 nu cereal bars.
Total- 1080 cals 27pps.

Great day cas , the steak and jacket potato sounds good they can load there's up with cheese and stuff if they want and it will still look like we all have the same meal I could do a nice salad with it to x

I would go with the steak you could do garlic bread/ French bread and butter with it as well and you don't have to have any of that or you could have a tiny bit and fill your own plate with salad/ low fat coleslaw or mixed peppers, mushrooms, onions etc.
Oh I'm going cook a nice steak for Friday night now.

Having a wee off day to enjoy some party food on Sat won't make too much difference in the long run. You've done so well with your weigh loss so far, hope I can follow suit!!

Hey hun, I always have Saturdays off its my treat day I do try and not go over 2000 cals though. Wow your doing amazing too, I can't wait to book a holiday, I'm sure your get your get your bikini body in time x

Thanks Ladies, Bad leg back grrrrr. I don't think I've lost anything I basically need to starve just to lose a measly pound!
Need to really change my diet plans, I've lost big chunk of weight but last 1.5st isn't shifting! I might try sw on Sunday but add my food up as calories xx
