    Thought id best make a section here just to make it feel more offical that is a better way to put it.
    inside here i will post my goals, progress, meal records etc.

    As you may well know from my signature my goal is to lose 10stone.
    I started at a whopping 25 stone and am now down to 24 exactly.

    My target is to lose the weight inside 2013. bringing my weight loss to 14stone which is optimal for my build.

    My food consumption for the loss is using a mixture of calorie counting and general healthy eating, with low carbs but high in protein and fiber.
    Am normaly aiming for 60-80g of carbs each day on average.

    my current calorific intake each day is around 1000-1200 not the best for a male. but am going with whats worked in the past.
    If its not broken why change it :P

    I will be weighing myself each monday morning.

    Today went quite well.

    Meals & Drinks


    Meal 1: NA
    Meal 2: Small can of mushypeas and celery. 210 Calories
    Meal 3: Mushroom & Cherry tomato omelet & Weightwatchers yogurt. 320 Calories
    Meal 4: Cucumber & Cherry tomato salad with tuna. 230 Calories
    Meal 5: Apple 55 Calories

    Water, Tea & Coffee with a spash of semi skimmed milk 100Calories


    I did not have anything for breakfast as i did not wake up untill near lunchtime.
    The omelets are made with with 7 eggs. (5 white and 2 whole eggs) really fills you up and low in calories.

    I have my weigh in tommrow morning and anxious to see what the result is. ahh well only time will tell

    This morning was my weigh day and the results where over what id hoped for.
    It came in at 7lb weight loss.
    At first i thought this can't be right? i decided its down to water weight perhaps i dehydrated during the night.
    After drinking a liter of water and waiting 30min before trying agian, was still shocked to see it was still 7lb but with ¼ pound extra.
    But we will see next week on what the scales show only time shall tell,

    Today was quite filling specially with the main meal. alot of good lean protein and fats which i have hardly any. if at all.
    Was a nice change and am sure my body is thankfull for the boost it needs.

    I have also ordered a ketosis tests from amazon for pretty cheap get 100 tests with colour chart. for under £8
    So will be interesting to see if my body is in some stage of ketosis or my body is just burning fat better than its done before.

    Will be nice to see that am not in ketosis then when i actually induce ketosis i should get an increased rate of weight loss so thats good
    But we shall see on how things turn out.

    I have also set myself the challenge of losing 14lb from now to the end of august
    Also 56lb from last two weeks to Christmass

    Today was alot better than yesterday its sunny and feeling much more contempt.
    got my weigh in on monday to anxoius to see the results from this week.

    Great Just as i thought today was looking up ive now hit rock bottom again.
    I was out walking my dog and this horrible woman started calling me every name under the sun about my weight.

    I felt so embarrassed like the whole world around me was just going dark and caving in.
    Am trying really hard to lose this stupid weight ive put on and it really saddens me how i got myself into this state from being slim before.

    am just an ugly monster and feel so much guilt for what ive done to my body

    What the hell? Just some random woman? Don't you dare feel guilty, you should be really proud of yourself for wanting to do something about your weight. A lot of people are too embarrassed to diet or exercise because we presume that people expect us to always be fat. You should infact feel sorry for this stupid woman for being so insecure with herself that she feels the need to shout down someone in the street. You just try and let her not to get to you, just think in a few months how good you'll feel when she didn't knock you off track and your a few stone lighter and feeling and looking great xx don't give up x

    I just don't know why people have to be so horrible.
    Am just glad i woke up and saw sense and decided to ditch this weight thats stopping me from living a happy life.
    Ive not ate anything to make me feel better and i hope it stays that way still. i cant use food as a means to escape lifes stress its just not healthy and its done done me any good at all.

    At least its really nice to have somebody to talk to

    I'm the same, if I'm feeling any kind of emotion especially if its upset, or frustration I want to pig out. Tonight I'm feeling huge, like I've gained this week and I just thought well I may as well have some chocolate then but instead I walked back out the kitchen and thought I'll never get anywhere if I do this everytime. I thought about it and remembered this week I've had a takeaway and a meal out, something I don't usually have so its a treat and therefore I must expect to at least sts people can be cruel, and they are the people that matter least. If I'm feeling down I come on here before reaching for food, most of the time I get the support or kick up the bum I need to keep on track x

    Thank you everyone for your kind posts it really helps when am feeling really down.
    one of the reasons this fourm is so great is the community its filled with such a selection of great and wonderfull people that wont hesitate at a moments notice to help out a total stranger, I love you all.


    Feeling alot better today went out for a walk early this morning when it was all quiet really helped clear my head and continue the journey to this weight loss .
    I've also started to prepare the meals for the next day in advance it makes life alot easier when bored lol. So i was looking through the cupboard looking for some spices and right at the back i saw a packet of sugar free jelly. and on the spur of the moment i decided to make some for after dinner.
    I just mixed in hot water threw fruit at it and let it set. took around 5min and it turned out all right for somthing that had little to no effort

    Meal 2: Broccoli & Cauliflower Curry (No rice) 255 Calories
    Meal 3: Chicken breast with onion, chillipepper & Cauliflower 300 Calories
    Meal 4: Sugar free Strawberry Jelly with fruit 150 Calories
    Meal 5: handfull of blueberries 40Calories

    Water, Tea & Coffee with a spash of semi skimmed milk 100Calories

    Tip of the day: we can lose weight but arrogant people will always be narrow minded so more fool them!

    How do u make the omlette? What does it taste like with mostly egg whites? Do u add milk? X
