Thought id best make a section here just to make it feel more offical that is a better way to put it.
inside here i will post my goals, progress, meal records etc.
As you may well know from my signature my goal is to lose 10stone.
I started at a whopping 25 stone and am now down to 24 exactly.
My target is to lose the weight inside 2013. bringing my weight loss to 14stone which is optimal for my build.
My food consumption for the loss is using a mixture of calorie counting and general healthy eating, with low carbs but high in protein and fiber.
Am normaly aiming for 60-80g of carbs each day on average.
my current calorific intake each day is around 1000-1200 not the best for a male. but am going with whats worked in the past.
If its not broken why change it :P
I will be weighing myself each monday morning.
