    Thanks for all your lovely messages ladies! I'm feeling fAbulous and so happy with this weeks weight loss!!

    Today has been a good one diet wise but I do feel my mood switching very quickly in general. I don't think I'm due totm but I feel my fuse is very short as of late. It started Monday with me having the day off work with crying! Tuesday was fine, today some woman was very rude to me in Asda and I just shouted really loud at her!! After that I thought you know what I feel like **** and I've done well on the diet I want to treat myself, but treating myself with food is a bit alien to me now! Or even being sad or stressed I don't look to food. So instead I got my eye brows waxed and now currently enjoying a nice hot bath. Yes I did finish off the rest of the choc tart but it was because A. My tea was surprisingly low in cals! And B. the cream and the tart were about to reach its use by date!
    So other food today:
    B- strawberries topped with an activia fibre yogurt and half a punnet of the Graze omega seeds (thought they would help me feel fuller for longer as meant to be a good source of protein!) I was hungry by 10am! So I had an innocent smoothie and an oat so simple bar.
    L- after the gym I had a rice time pot thing from uncle bens. Very impressed it takes 1.30mins to cook. Not a massive portion for 378 cals but good if your in a rush.
    D- I really enjoyed the omlette I had for lunch Monday so did it for tea had 3 eggs (1 whole and 2 whites) and the chorizo chives and goats cheese only totalled 200cals! Added some salad to my plate but then had the choc tart for afters with ww cream which I think is lovely!

    Gym 600 really pushed myself today doing some kettle bell swings and increasing my treadmill speed a little

    Anyway I've recently started a rule to not eat after 6pm. I don't snack anyway at night but I want to make sure I'm done eating tea etc by 6pm. So far so good! Today and yesterday were cutting it fine I managed to finish my meals by 6pm but it does make it easy to think at 6 I don't have to worry about food anymore! And I can relax!!!

    Morning all!

    Well yesterday was so busy I'm only just checking in now! It was a bit if a non day because I was out with a work lady all day so after my healthy breakfast later we went out to lunch. We went to this place called chimi changas I've never seen one if these Mexican restaurants before. But it was nice and I had a quesadilla off the lunch menu. I ordered a side salad and when it came it had rice with it too but I was a good girl and left the rice.
    My porridge cane to 327, it was an oat so simple sachet made with 1% milk, a few fresh blueberris and the other half of the Graze omega booster seeds.
    I looked on the restaurants website but no NI!! Mfp had some alternatives and I wanted to estimate about 1000 for it, I know it prob wasn't but wanted to be on the safe side cos it was full of cheese and chorizo. Cos lunch was late I didn't have dinner with the kids and then one thing led to another and it was 9.45pm! Too late after my 6pm food cut off! I wasn't starving so I just came to bed! Just woke up now and not feeling super hungry but I'm sure it wil develop as the morn goes on!!
    I have to work today which sucks as I never work Fridays but because of my breakdown on Monday I said I'd make up the hours today so no gym for me as I've got hair appointment at 12 and then I'm out tonight! Driving and not drinking as I'm off the zoo on Saturday with the family I can't wait. And also not drinking will keep those cals down down down from drink and the dreaded take away!!

    Hi all hope you've all had a fab weekend! Well mine has been loads of fun! Friday had to work in the morning booo but then had my hair done and then it was girls night out! As promised I did not have a snifter of alcohol, stuck to diet coke all night! Did have a chicken shish afterwards but it was small and had no sauce. So far so good!
    Saturday we woke up early to go to London zoo! It was an amazing day! We all had a fab time! I made up a oat so simple pot and fruit salad for the trip up and then there we had lunch in their restaurant. Most choices were sold out as even tho it was freezing it was really busy! I ended up with a chicken leg portion and loads of lovely salad. We did not get home till gone 7 so we decided on a takeaway. Indian eek. I'm not a massive fan of Indian anyway I only enjoy saag aloo (potato and spinach) and I had a pancake kebab which is basically potato and spinach and lamb chunks wrapped in like a chappati. Had 2 3rds of the kebab and very little saag aloo so hoping it wasn't too bad. And besides I was on my feet all day and loads of walking!
    Today has been a bit weird. I had Cheerios and milk for breakfast then it was a traditional roast. I had chicken leg portion loads of veg 2 x yorshire Puds and a little stuffing and gravy. I'm on my totm and I don't normally suffer but today my belly really hurts and I've been taking pain killers for it. I really fancied a bit of choc so we put on Harry potter and dug out the still remaining Xmas choc tin and I had about 10-15. I don't feel that bad about it because that is all I have had all day. I've clocked it up on mfp and come up with 1586.
    Back to normal tomorrow but I do think this weekend could have been so much worse!! Alcohol and a big fat pizza on Friday?? Chips and more chips on Saturday????
    And I'm super happy because on Friday I got so many compliments about my weight loss so far!! "Oh my god you look so skinny" "can't believe how good you look" and a few glances from surrounding males lol.
    I have changed my profile pic to me on Friday night. I was really impressed with how well I looked. And the only way is down down down!!!x

    Evening all!!!
    well after working out my weeks total calories that im allowed i worked out i could have 1260 today and tomorrow to stay within target, 1260 is a very hard number to stick to!! especially as today was a gym day!!! i would have been on target for 1200 but i had a shake after the gym so i was totalled at 1568. at the minute im using up the slim fast shakes ive had for ages if i fancy one after the gym, i know they are full of crap but luckily ive got a £10 voucher for a nutrition shop online so gonna use it for some protein shakes or something along those lines.
    other than that today ive had:
    B- cheerios and milk, cherries and a clementine
    L- blue cheese laughing cow triangle on 2 bread and cucumber also WW crisps and a WW cake bar
    AfterGym- caramel SF shake
    D- sweet and sour chicken with egg noodles then a shapes chocolate dessert and strawberries

    burnt 546 at the gym and managed to increase my speed for the whole of my time on the treadmill so im happy! did some circuits then cross trainer.

    was feeling very greedy this morning still the effects of being on my Lady days but the gym really supressed my appetite. and now its 6pm thats me for the night.

    Afternoon all. Well I have recieved my change for life meal mixer thru the post I can't wait to get started on the new recipes!! I also went to the gym again today and have reviewed my programme as I said before I was increasing the speed on the treadmill, my other cardio plans are fine but I've introduced some more weight training exercises and increased the weights of my existing ones. Also added some more strength and core exercises, I'm a bit rubbish at remembering to do them as I spend loads of time on cardio and weights!! Didn't burn as many calories today but I shouldn't really have been today cos Tuesday is normally a day off the gym but with weigh in tomorrow it was last chance saloon so I did rowing and biking then all my weighs and core.

    Food diary today:
    B- porridge sachet with a spoonful of lf jam
    S- Special K crisps, clementine, mint kit Kat
    L- ainsley Harriot cous cous and diced chorizo, with half a bagel topped with soft goats cheese
    D- glorious butternut squash soup with a lf cheese toastie, then strawberries and ww cream.

    Total 1486
    Gym cals 376

    I'm feeling loads better lady wise not feeling so greedy!! The choc cravings have definatley worn off shame it's weigh in tomorrow. I'm not expecting much as this week has been a bit all over the place but I shall check in as normal!
