Anyone with 1.5 stone to loose - looking for a cc buddy

    Hi,

I've been browsing for a while but officially joined today. I'm a 30 something with 2 small kids.
I'm looking for a buddy who wants to lose 1.5 to 2 stone - Ive set my goal date as 17th March.
I really want to get motivated so I don't end up undoing all my good work over Christmas.

I'm using MFP and my food today was:
B:Wholemeal toast with low fat butter
L:Glorious Butternut squash soup ( 400g) and 3 rivita with Butter
D:Southern Fried Chicken, red cabbage and roasted baby potatoes
S: Mini rivita and time-out ( single bar)

I was away for the weekend so not very organised with my shopping - will have to do an online shop soon to restock on healthy food.

As for exercise, I'm gyming and jogging outside at least 5 times a week.
No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everyone on the couch.

Hi Leesider and welcome. Your food looks lovely. I LOVE butternut squash soup, have you tried the Covent Garden one with bacon? So tasty
