    going for a diary....

    My plans for 2013

    1. No more fad diets
    2. Don't get into "diet" mindset and thus fall off wagon
    3. Weigh less at end than at start
    4. Move more - run twice a week at least
    5. Improve run speed from very slow to slow lol
    6. More water less tea
    7. Eat as naturally as possible
    8. Less focus on weight more on clothes

Trying to remain as calm as possible about this lol.actually try change my mindset. I am going to look into Jillian Michaels chat. Read about n get some tips. Having done the c25k and zero to 10k I am going to look at another training program rather than my just run 3miles twice a week as I do think they r good!

Also, I've just realised I haven't even introduced myself. My name is Allison. Mum to 3 young girls. Went from 21 stone to 13.2 at my lowest. Sit most naturally at 14 stone but am currently about 15 stone.

Any advice tips etc would b amazing x

Hi, I don't really have any tips as I've been rubbish lately but wanted to say well done on your weight loss so far and doing the C25K, i'm hopeless at running!
I'm starting to log calories again and am looking to stick to about 1200 - 1400a day. Good luck!

Hi cas, girls are all doing ok. Had a lovely Christmas which was nice. My eldest being for was just a joy! As was my three year old right enough. Nice when they grasp what is going in.

It is so hard to do this when there is so much junk food about. And I'm at work. Had my tattie leek soup and a salad so far and have oats with me that I can have later if I feel like it. Might have some before I start my final round at 6. Wanna cut out sweetener but like a sweet porridge... Would a little bit of syrup be better than sugar? X

Really please with myself! A successful night shift done. Had homemade tattie soup a salad and my porridge. I did also have some onion ring crisps but I'm ok with that just now as normally I eat and eat at work. Toast. Biscuits. Cakes. Cheese. Lots and lots lol and I had money on me which means money for a well stocked.vending machine! But no. 1 to me. 0 to work :-)

Massive haggis dinner for me. Kinda failed some of my goals. It's only one meal. Still think I am doing ok cos of doing so well at work last night! Off to cinema tomorrow with hubby and two older girls as its last day if holidays. Just going to have to calorie count tomorrow and ignore other goals ie eat natural. Although to be fair that is a as far as possible. X

Been to cinema with hubby and girls. Shared a medium popcorn with my eldest not too bad. Healthy lunch of chicken noodle soup, ok had a roll and butter too but that's ok. Been a 20 minute run in my new running shoes. They are the runtone ones. My thighs def felt tighter. Hopefully they do make a difference. Healthy dinner tonight and I'll b pleased with that x

Lol eating natural is harder than I thought. Although to be fair I have been incorporating this philosophy as much as I can. Calorie goal 1620 (mfp) calories consumed 1648 with 256 calories burnt. And that is with chocolate and popcorn! Wanna eat more and more chocolate. Being reserved just now thoogh lol....
