    Yeah the bar is a bit like flapjack but smoother and coated in dark chocolate. Was delicious! Will try the one you want to know about tomorrow, F.

    A bit of basalmic vinegar on tuna and lettuce really cheers it up and as far as I'm aware it's allowed!

    Yes, looking forward to hear what the choc/honey/nougat bar gets. Decided I don't like the trufa bar so much and might order more bars later in the week.

    Day...31! I can't believe it! One whole month done and nearly 2st off. Very proud of myself! And getting right back on track after a night off is unheard of in my dieting past so I'm doubly proud

    Going to see The Woman in Black tonight! Very excited although not sure how to dress? I have jeans or dresses. No middle ground! What does one wear to the local theatre these days?
