I've been calorie counting for about 5 days now, I was on slimming world up until then but I've gone gluten free and am struggling to fit that in with SW. I haven't been massively hungry and have definitely NOT been eating the best foods but I'm sticking with 1250 and will be eating my usual healthy stuff once I've got my head around gluten free.

bit low on cals so far but I'm sure I'll squeeze some more in..Will have a banana with my curry if I go with that mm!
that's taken me to 1226, done! That said 2500 before?? Definitely not my goal haha!
