Well iv had enough of ww, I started it after Christmas did well and then stuck to it properly and put weight on *confused*
So had a week or so off it and iv put weight on again.

Highest weight was 219lbs and and I'm back to 187lbs now. Iv been stuck between 12.12 and 13.5 for month and month now and I just need to get on with it!!

To maintain my weight I apparently need 2080 calories a day,
To lose 1lb a week I need 1580 a day. I don't want to be too strict on myself or I won't stick to it, so I'm going to try and keep between 1200-1700 a day,
I won't be weighing myself until 1st march either, I think part of my problem is constant scale hopping and getting disheartened.

I know your frustration at being stuck between two weights for ages. That was 13st and 13st 7 for me for a good while. I hope CC gets you the results you are hoping for :). I am also a god awful scale hopper!! I am debating giving my scales to my dad and telling him to only let me have them once a week!!

where did you find that out? seems very different from the advice i got, wondering now if mine was accurate!

Hi! Mine are really old and they tell me slightly different weights if I get on a few times in a row so I'm thinking of chucking them, and getting a new pair in a few weeks! Then I'll be used to not weighing and hopefully see a difference! X

Hi! It's just getting that motivation again!!i went on scales this morning and weigh even more! I'm in middle of totm though and I have pcos so not had one since November, hoping that's a factor!
 
Well today is the start of a new week and im going to try and get back in the game this week! Every time I get on the scales I weigh abit more and I can't have all my hard work going to waste!!
 
So today's diary so far is looking like this...

B - 50cal
Cup of tea

L - 408cal
2 slices toast with lurpak and dairylea

S - 100cal
2 cups of tea

D - 529cal
Cheese and tomato pasta bake

Total - 1087cal

Will have snacks etc though so will go up more than that, car broke and can't get out so not got much in got to work with what iv got at the moment!

TOTM definitely plays havoc with my weight (always bloated/retain water etc) so wouldn't be too hard on yourself. Main thing is to keep focused and on the right track. You can do this!!

Quite surprised I managed to do it to be honest! Ordered shopping to come on Wednesday so only tomorrow to go til it be abit easier!

Chicken fajita Pizza, micro chips and ww garlic bread and mayo.

So today finished at 1420cal I'm feeling pretty good, friend came round today and we had bacon buttys, I just adapted my food to fit it in! Not been on the scales either, sick of looking at them, next time I go on I want to see a big loss!
Shopping delivered tomorrow morning so lots of yummy things tomorrow! :)
 
I'm feeling so motivated, don't feel the urge to check the scales either, which I'm happy about as I usually go on about 4 times day!
Just need to keep doing it a day at a time! I want to check my weight on 3rd march, me and DH go away for a couple of days on the 4th and I'll be having a break, but hopefully get straight back into it!
 
Glad you are feeling motivated and managing to resist the scales ;). A couple of days away in March won't undo all your hard work so long as you get back on track when you return. We all need a little break now and then :)

Garlic and herb fresh pasta, tomato and basil sauce, grated cheese
3 slices of garlic pizza bread

S - 185cal
Cup of tea
Galaxy cookie crumble slice

Total - 1704cal

Bit of a higher day today but as I'm not weighing in weekly I'm more concerned with the longer term, and ive been under the last 2 days. As long as I'm under the weekly total that's okay x
