Hi everyone, I'm Kay, I'm 30, wife & mummy to 3 kids & I weigh about 14 & a half stone
I've been on minis for 2 years & tried quite a few diets (slimming world mainly) however after doing quite well losing I am now only a stone lighter than when I started so its time to take control! I seem to be in the habit of picking at food rather than big meals @ the minute & also relyin on convenience food due to no energy (I've recently been diagnosed with depression) so I am not putting pressure on myself... I've worked out on my fitness pal I can have 1540 calories per day to lose lb per week so I'm starting with this & hopefully if I move more I may lose a little quicker?!
Anyway that's me & lookin forward to 'meeting' everyone
will be back tomorrow with start weight & measurements
