    Yet another diary

    Well yet again I'm crawling back, not even going into weights and how much I've lost and gained etc because the story is just too long and I can't be bothered!

    I just want to go downwards and stay there. Will weigh in every now and again but probably not every week.

    Calories are 1580 plus exercise. Also going to try and take pictures as I heard it can help with portion sizes.

    So shopping has just arrived and I bought loads of healthy things and feeling ready to go,
    I'm not going to calorie count though I'm just going to eat healthily but the healthy eating boards are very quiet so I'm staying here.

    Will be doing something similar ish to slimming world. Lots of proper food and cutting down on unhealthy snacks and the things I put on meals that add up like cheese, sour cream and mayo.

    Well iv weighed myself and I'm 13st 10lbs!! So put a stone on since Christmas!! First aim is to get to 13st by 11th may which is my baby boys first birthday!

    Well done for weighing yourself, its not always easy and 10lbs seems a realistic amount to lose in 2 mths! I do find setting small goals does help.

    Can't believe Teddy's 10mths already its gone so fast, hope his birthday plans are coming on well! I've got just over 3 weeks for Hollies, not sure what we are going do cos of weather x

    Well done on the healthy shopping and 10lbs sounds achievable - please stay here, I like having you around and we all need a bit of support, discovery do a sour cream dip (I thin its called) and its v low in cals compared to the real stuff x

    Donna-its the 4th, she was due on the 12th so all quite close then, my dads is on the 1st, I didn't want Hollie to be born on that day!

    Well I'm doing good so far, helps having healthy food in, I'm taking pictures of everything too, think it will help me be more honest about my portion sizes lol! Just deciding what to have for tea lol

    Arghh just wrote a huge post and its deleted!


    Basically I had a really good day then my neighbour brought some amazing chocolate cake round for us! And I found out I'm severely anaemic!
